Why "get DOSE'd" on infrared?

Because you detoxify, get a workout without working out, feel euphoric, get beautified, and rejuvenated all at the same time.

Detoxification

Detoxifies 7x more than traditional saunas; detoxifies of heavy metals, radiation, and environmental toxins

Calorie Burn

Studies have shown that benefits of an infrared sauna session can burn upwards of 600 calories while you relax! As the body works to cool itself, there is a substantial increase in heart rate, cardiac output and metabolic rate, causing the body to burn more calories

Anti Aging and Skin Purification

Infrared wavelength is the most effective wavelength for healing the epidermis and dermis layers of the skin.  Infrared stimulates collagen production to reduce wrinkles and improve overall skin tone

Relaxation

Decreases cortisol and increases serotonin.  It's so effective at "chilling you out" that it's actually used to treat drug and alcohol addiction

Pain Relief

Infrared heat penetrates tissue, joints, and muscles to relieve aches and pains stemming from overuse, strain, or repetitive motion.  It's perfect for athletes looking to loosen their muscles and joints before a workout to increase flexibility

Cell Health and Improved Circulation

Stimulates the circulatory system and oxygenates the body’s cells. The increase in blood flow results in greater overall vitality.

Sweat away your sins

Sweat induced from an infrared heat source is comprised of 20% toxins whereas sweat induced from traditional heating systems is comprised of 3% toxins.  This is why it's accurate to say infrared is 7x more detoxifying than traditional heat

Deepen your healing with LED lights

All of our saunas include Medical Grade Chromotherapy lighting. With 96 LED lights, auto color change mode and intensity controls, you will receive the maximum benefit.

Cosmetic Benefits

Light therapy is a growing treatment for anti-aging. Many individuals have seen a reduction in the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, crow’s feet, and age spots.

Light therapy is “effective at improving the appearance of the face, neck and chest by reducing the signs of aging, wrinkles and age spots”, says Web M.D. Combined with infrared therapy, LED phototherapy can be a great way to revitalize skin. Light therapy energizes skin cells, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin, giving skin back its youthful look.

Medical Benefits

Light Therapy reduces swelling, relieves pain, decreases inflammation, accelerates open wound healing and greatly reduce overall recovery after medical/surgical procedures. Patients have demonstrated increased range of motion, decreased muscle tension, and improved circulation.

Rejuvenating LED light therapy can be used for pain management such as joint and back pain, sore or torn muscles, sprains, arthritis, post-surgical scars, burns, wounds and more. When used with infrared technology, light therapy is one of the most effective ways to repair the body.

+ Red

Red is called “The Great Energizer.” It loosens, releases stiffness and constrictions. It is excellent for areas that have become stiffened. Red is the first visible color we see after the infrared band is passed. It promotes cellular growth, stimulating the “will” aspect, or the circulatory system. It is therefore indicated for all colds, sluggish or dormant conditions, such as pneumonia, arthritis, anemia, as a liver stimulant, an energy builder, and for increasing circulation. Red links with and stimulates the base of the spine, causing the adrenal glands to release adrenalin. This results in greater strength. Red causes hemoglobin to multiply, thus increasing energy raising body temperature conditions as it stimulates sensory nerves such as hearing, taste, smell, and activates metabolism. It is excellent for anemia or blood-related conditions

+ Orange

Orange has a freeing action upon the mind, relieving repression. Because orange is a blend of red and yellow, it combines physical energy with mental wisdom, inducing a transformation between lower physical reaction and higher mental response. Thus, it is often referred to as “The Wisdom Ray.” Orange is warm, cheering, and non-constricting. Through orange, we are able to heal the physical body (red) and, at the same time, induce within the mind (yellow) greater understanding. Orange helps assimilate new ideas. This color is an excellent remedy for neurosis, diseases of the scalp, sciatica, tumors, rheumatism, cerebral spinal meningitis, concussion, cramps and epilepsy.
